The Zone Talent Agency Limited, doing business as The Zone Agency, was established in July 2016 by Osagie Osarenkhoe after more than eight years of hands-on artist management. She started the agency to bring clearer professional structure to artist management through defined agreements, shared expectations and dedicated support.

Since then, the agency has worked with artists across the Nigerian music industry and helped develop music business professionals. Its team includes contractors and full-time staff.
